Chef Diana AKA “The Food-Diva” has mesmerized global food connoisseurs by cooking unique culinary delights for over 27 years.
Proficient as both an Executive Master Chef and Pastry Chef, she is able to tantalize your tastebuds through every course. Her gourmet native Creole roots are foundational in all of her creations. As a 5th generation Master Chef, she prides herself in tracing most of her dishes back to over 100 years of Creole-Creations. Well-known in Atlanta as an Exclusive Private Chef and “Food-Diva”, her food is often referred to as “Diva-licious.”
As a proud descendant of Creole sugarcane slave workers and enslaved cooks, she preserves American food traditions spanning hundreds of years. Chef Diana believes in respecting everyone’s culinary-heritage and is passionate about using food to tell the history of cultures. She sees food as a vehicle to unify humanity and celebrate diversity.
As a constant food innovator, her latest culinary art is the invention of Georgia “Coastal-Creole Fusion” Foods: A long overdue marriage of Coastal and Creole culinary traditions.
